I was hesitant to think that hypnosis would work for me because I am a consummate skeptic and very analytical. But the way Erika explains how our brains process information, the difference between the conscious and subconscious brain, and how hypnosis allows us to tap into our subconscious brain really made sense to me. I enjoyed learning more about why I eat when I'm not hungry, and how the brain works when it comes to cravings. I'm already applying a few of the techniques and feel better about my ability to reduce how much I eat and increase how much I am active. I am also embracing the concept of “Incremental Success”. Every small measure of success is a step in the right direction. Lastly, I really enjoyed hearing client success stories demonstrating how the process works in the real world. Erika’s love of her calling and helping people achieve their life goals was evident in every page.
