I had the opportunity to read the book as part of the pre-launch team and I found it quite helpful.The book is filled with anecdotes and examples designed to highlight key elements of a positive team. The writing is easy to read and there are enough tidbits to use with any size team.Most of the analogies are sports related but that doesn’t take away from the message. As a new small business owner, I am looking forward to applying these principles and practices with my new team.
